  • How do I order?

Order online by clicking "Book Now" or by using our "Clean Cloud" app!

  • How do I use the app?

After downloading our "Clean Cloud" app, search for Caribbean Clean Laundry. Login to schedule your pickup & delivery. 

  • Why do I have to enter my credit card when ordering?

Our delivery service uses a convenient, cashless payment system. Your payment information is stored on our secure server. After your laundry has been cleaned & weighed, your credit card on file is charged.

  • How does the delivery service work?

We will arrive during the scheduled pickup time to collect laundry. When the laundry arrives to the facility, it will then be cleaned and weighed, your bill will then be updated with the correct charge. The card on file will be charged after the laundry is clean. Laundry is then returned during customers selected delivery time. 

You will receive emails with updates about your laundry along the way. You can also check your app for updates during the whole process!

  • What should I put my laundry in?

Any type of bag, basket, or tote. Trash bags work great! Your laundry will be returned in a new bag.

  • Can I call in and schedule a pickup?

If you have questions, or need help scheduling, please call us at (812) 526-2422

  • What if I have special requests?

You can leave special requests in the "notes" section when scheduling.

E.g. hang dress pants, do not use softener, or leave laundry on porch

  • Do I have to be home when you deliver or pick up?

No, you can choose to leave your laundry in a secure location, such as your front or back porch. When scheduling the service, please provide clear instructions in the "notes" indicating where we can find your clothes and return them. If you prefer not to leave laundry unattended, please be available during scheduled time. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before delivery.

  • How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please call us within 1 hour before scheduled time to avoid a $15 trip fee

  • How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery! Please view our delivery prices on our pricing tab

  • How will I know how much I owe?

Most items are charged by weight. Your bill will be updated after we weigh items at our facility. You will receive an email once the charge has been updated. Please see our pricing tab for more information. 

  • Do you deliver to my location?

We service many areas in Columbus, Edinburgh, and Franklin Indiana.

  • Are my clothes washed with other peoples clothes?

NEVER! Clothes will always stay separated and washed in separate machines

  • Is there a minimum amount for delivery?

There is  $30 minimum for delivery
